Yoshi
Owner /Chef Yoshi was born in Tokyo Japan. He studied in Japan learning technics in sushi. He has been a chef for the past 30 years. He and partner Donald Noyes moved to Nantucket Island in 1990 and opened Sushi By Yoshi.

Hideo
Chef Hideo Furukawa is Japanese and studied Japanese tradtional cuisine. He enjoys freestyle japanese cooking. Hideo loves to travel and fish. He has been a chef for 28 years.



Bishnu
Bishnu trained under Baba for a year and he learned to roll sushi very quickly. He has since earned the nickname "The Human Rolling Machine". Bishnu lives in Nepal in the winter and works at Yoshi's in the summer and fall.
